Admission Details

Admission Eligibility

Admission is open to any child, provided the school can meet the special needs of that child. Admissions will be granted without discrimination regarding sex, race, color, creed, or political belief.

Admission Process

  • Application forms for the academic year 2024-25 can be collected from the school office on all working days from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM or downloaded from the website.
  • Admission is open to students of all communities, regardless of caste and creed, and welcomes applications from all nationalities.
  • Applying for admission does not guarantee acceptance. Admission is subject to the student’s eligibility and seat availability. The Admission Committee’s decision is final.

Documents for Submission

  • 2 passport size photographs of the student and 1 each of parents and guardian
  • Photocopy of the date of birth certificate (issued by the municipal corporation or any competent authority)
  • Photocopy of the student’s Aadhar Card
  • Photocopy of the passport for NRI students and parents
  • Photocopy of the caste certificate (issued by a competent authority); original to be shown for verification
  • Photocopy of the report card of the last assessment of the current academic year
  • Bonafide certificate (for Pre-Primary admission)
  • Transfer Certificate (duly countersigned by the concerned authority) to be submitted after the completion of the current academic year
  • Health Card (if any): Parents must inform the school in writing if the student is undergoing any medical treatment, ailment, allergies, etc., at the time of registration

Admission Instructions

General/Admission Instructions

  • Admission is strictly based on the online application. Fill in the correct information as per the municipal birth certificate. Details once submitted cannot be modified.
  • Incomplete data, wrong information, and non-submission of required documents will result in the rejection of the application.
  • The Management will call parents for a direct interaction before admitting a student. Both parents must be present during this interaction.
  • Selected students will be notified before February 5, 2022. The Management discourages any telephonic calls or external influences.
  • Parents/Guardians are requested to regularly peruse the Hand Book and Home Assignment Book. Remarks of the Teacher should be reviewed and signed by the parent.
  • Pupils must be present at School five minutes before the first bell. The gate will be closed after the first bell.
  • If you observe that your child is unable to follow the lessons, the Principal/HM should be consulted.
  • Attendance is compulsory at all School functions.
  • The School provides a host of Extra-curricular and Co-curricular Activities. Parents should encourage their children to avail of these facilities.
  • No student will be allowed to appear for any terminal examination unless all School dues have been cleared before the respective examination.
  • Without a written request from the parents/guardian and permission from the Principal/HM, pupils will not be allowed to leave the School during School hours.
  • Attendance at OPEN DAY is compulsory to assess their child’s progress and performance.
  • The School Book Depot will supply books. For convenience and uniformity, books must be purchased from the School Book Depot.
  • The School is very particular about uniform standards and hygiene. Parents should ensure uniforms are properly maintained.
  • Pupils leaving during the year will have to pay the full fees of that term.
  • Applications for Leaving Certificates must be made by February 7. Please inform the School Office in writing if there are any changes in the address, telephone numbers, or any other relevant details.

Child must be 4 years old by March 31 of the year seeking admission.

Child must be 5 years old by March 31 of the year seeking admission.
